Following a beautiful summer, we’re looking forward to significant activity on the Touchstone at Gospel Rock site this Fall. Over the last several months, the development team has been working closely with the Town of Gibsons on our Servicing Agreements. We anticipate moving full steam ahead this Fall and are looking forward to seeing the roadwork finished.
We’re happy to report that our first release of single-family Homesites we are now 26% sold. The recent provincial mandates, now allow for the addition of a secondary suite in the Touchstone Homesites. This means if you prefer to add a mortgage helper or secondary suite to your custom-built home, you are now able to do so. Read more here.
