As we look towards summer, we are excited about the upcoming launch of the Touchstone at Gospel Rock Homesites. Currently, Greenlane is actively working with the Town of Gibsons in preparation for the next stage of our site work. Additionally, provincial mandates have resulted in a recent zoning announcement, which will affect Touchstone, allowing Homesites to now have secondary suites. Read on for more information.

REZONING NOW ALLOWS SECONDARY SUITES
The Town of Gibsons recently unanimously passed a rezoning amendment which allows future single-family homes built at Touchstone at Gospel Rock to include secondary suites.
This brings Touchstone in alignment with all other areas of Gibsons and is in accordance with provincial rules.
